HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?

Great question! 50% deposit & a signed contract are required to secure your spot on our calendar. The remaining balance is due after work is done. Your photography package is taxable in the state of NE and is already factored into the package. Albums and prints are priced and taxed separately through our online delivery and print service. We currently accepts personal checks & Zelle.

WHEN WILL I GET MY PHOTOS?

We know you are so excited to see your photos (and we're so excited to send them to you).
Please allow 6-8 weeks for your final image gallery (10-12 weeks during peak season). We also do our absolute best to give you sneak peak photos within 1-2 weeks of your day. But, sadly that's not always possible.

IS RETOUCHING INCLUDED?

Basic retouching is included with your wedding package. This includes things like clean up of flyaway hairs, under-eye bags, & removal of blemishes. More complicated retouching is subject to a $35 per image fee.

DO YOU TRAVEL?

Yes! We are located in Omaha NE. For engagement sessions within 30 miles of 68116 there is no travel fee. For weddings, locations further than 45 miles away may incur travel fees as well. We ask that couples with weddings further than 100 miles or 3 hours from Omaha NE, 68116 provide us with accommodations.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AFTER I BOOK?

You can expect us to high-five in celebration. If you've booked an engagement session, let's get it scheduled on the calendar! Then we'll send you a detailed electronic questionnaire to fill out. We use this to construct your wedding day timeline and have a pre-wedding phone call to discuss details, set expectations and go over everything together!
